Happy Beach is a popular spot for tourist buses and locals to see sunsets or to have a dolphin tour. There is plenty of parking 2000rp and a warung close by. I recently had breakfast at the warung during a time when a busload of tourists from Java were also stopped for breakfast. I had a wonderful conversation (in indonesian) with many of them and I think their breakfast must have been included in a package. Either that or I got charged the Bule price for my Nasi goreng and a black bali coffee without sugar.
